Return Policy
We keep returns simple and fair. Here is exactly how it works when you buy tires or parts from Motorcycle Tire Center online.
30-day window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
New and unmounted only
Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition with all labels/stickers intact. A tire that has been mounted or ridden — even once — cannot be returned (manufacturing defects go through the manufacturer's warranty process; we help file it).
Return authorization required
Request an RMA through your order page or our returns form before shipping anything. Packages without an RMA number are refused.
Customer pays return shipping
Ship-back cost and risk are the customer's; use a tracked service.
10% restocking fee
10% restocking fee on non-defective returns — waived for an exchange or MTC store/install credit.
Our mistake = our cost
Wrong item shipped or verified defect: prepaid return label, no fees, full refund or replacement.
Refund timing
To the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Special-order items
Special-order items follow the same rules; restocking fee applies.
