Bridgestone Motorcycle Tires

The Battlax name that dominates world-class sport riding — order yours through MTC.

MTC Brand Rating8.8/10World-Class Pedigree · By Special Order

Bridgestone is one of the largest tire manufacturers on earth, and its Battlax motorcycle line is a fixture on everything from literbike track weapons to loaded sport-tourers and big-bore adventure bikes. The Battlax Hypersport S23, Sport Touring T32, and Adventurecross families are benchmarks in their categories — the kind of rubber factory teams and fast-road riders reach for by name.

MTC doesn't currently keep Bridgestone in our in-stock mirror, but the Battlax range is available to us by special order — tell us the bike and size and we'll source it and mount it. If you're deciding between Bridgestone and something we stock day-to-day, call the shop and we'll give you the honest cross-shop.

Heritage

Founded in 1931 in Kurume, Japan, Bridgestone grew into the world's largest tire and rubber company, with a motorsport program that spans MotoGP-era grand prix racing, Formula 1, and decades of production-tire development. The Battlax motorcycle brand became synonymous with sport and sport-touring performance, and Bridgestone remains a dominant OEM supplier — the tires many premium motorcycles roll off the showroom floor wearing.

MTC’s Take

On pure engineering pedigree, Bridgestone belongs in the same conversation as Michelin, Pirelli, and Dunlop — its Battlax Hypersport and Racing Street lines are genuinely top-shelf, and the T32 sport-touring tire is one of the best wet-weather performers in its class. We rate the brand highly on reputation and OEM credibility. The honest caveat for MTC customers: Bridgestone isn't part of our stocked lineup right now, so it comes to you by special order rather than same-day off the wall. If you specifically want Battlax rubber, we'll get it for you; if you're open to alternatives, our in-stock Michelin, Dunlop, Pirelli, and Metzeler families cover the same riding with no wait. Call (714) 516-9059 and we'll point you to the right tire either way.

Bridgestone Tires — FAQ

Can I buy Bridgestone tires at MTC?

Yes — by special order. Bridgestone isn't in our day-to-day stocked lineup, but we can source any current Battlax family and size for you and mount it here. Call (714) 516-9059 with your bike and size and we'll get it moving.

How long does a Bridgestone special order take?

It depends on the size and distributor availability, but most current Battlax fitments arrive within a few business days. We'll give you a firm ETA when you place the order so you can plan the install.

Is the Battlax S23 worth it over a tire you keep in stock?

The S23 is an excellent hypersport tire — fast-warming, sharp-steering, strong dry grip. It's genuinely top-tier. Whether it beats an in-stock Michelin Power 6 or Dunlop Q5A for your riding depends on your bike and how you ride; call the shop and we'll give you the straight comparison rather than a sales pitch.

Which in-stock tires are closest to Bridgestone if I don't want to wait?

For hypersport, the Dunlop Sportmax Q5A and Michelin Power 6 cover the same ground. For sport-touring against the Battlax T32, look at the Michelin Road 6 or Dunlop Roadsmart IV. All are stocked at MTC for same-day mount and balance.
